We offer opportunities to engage with Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy and Mindful Self-Compassion in a group or on a one to one basis.
- Mindfulness for Wellbeing - 8 week course - learn how to embed mindfulness into your daily life and how to manage stress, anxiety and depression.
- Mindful Self-Compassion - 8 week course - learn how to stop being so hard on yourself and motivate yourself with encouragement, rather than self-criticism.
- Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy or Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction one to one.
Follow on practice groups - once you have completed an 8 week mindfulness course you may find you want to continue to meet with others to share experiences and learn more as your practice deepens.
