Mindfulness for Wellbeing
In this eight week Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy course, we will help you embed Mindfulness into your daily life, teaching you how to manage stress, anxiety and depression. Click here

This course supports parents and carers to incorporate mindfulness and self-kindness into family life. It helps participants improve relationships, reduce stress and gain confidence in their parenting skills.
In this eight week course, learn how to stop being so hard on yourself and motivate yourself with encouragement rather than self-criticism. Click here for session outline
For those who going to a group is not possible, you might want to try 1 to 1. It does cost more, but your learning is far more personalised. We generally cover the material of the Mindfulness for Wellbeing course, but can often cover it in a shorter period than 8 weeks depending on circumstances.
Follow on Practice Sessions
These sessions usually run several times a month. Continuing practice after a course can be tricky on your own. Come back and meet others from previous courses and share the process of keeping your practice alive.
Open to anyone who has done a mindfulness course, whether through us or someone else.
