We offer Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy and Mindful Self-Compassion in a group or on a one to one basis.
  • Mindfulness for Wellbeing - 8 week course - this Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy course will help you embed Mindfulness into your daily life, teaching you how to manage stress, anxiety and depression. Click here for session outline.
  • Mindful Self-Compassion - 8 week course - learn how to stop being so hard on yourself and motivate yourself with encouragement, rather than self-criticism.
  • One to One Mindfulness - Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy or Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.
  • Follow on practice groups - once you have completed an 8 week mindfulness course you may find you want to continue to meet with others to share experiences and learn more as your practice deepens.
