Mindfulness means to pay attention, non-judgementally and in the present moment and is a way of helping us work differently with challenges, as well as live life more fully.
 
It has benefits in all areas of life including in our relationships, at work and with our own wellbeing. With over 11 years’ experience of delivering nationally evidenced mindfulness programmes, we can help you understand and experience these benefits! 
 
All our trainers have recognised Mindfulness teaching qualifications to deliver the diverse range of courses we offer.
