The life skills course helps you build your confidence and self-esteem, enhancing a sense of personal responsibility in your recovery journey. The aim of the sessions is to improve your daily life and empower you to achieve positive change. You will be able to share your experiences and listen to other people talk about their recovery, providing support for one another to find solutions to the challenges that you may face.
The groups offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.
- 12 month programme
- Runs either Monday or Wednesday in the centre of Norwich from 10am - 4pm
- Morning session focuses on life skill topics including recovery, self-help and coping strategies
- Afternoon session dedicated to creative activities, socialising and trying something new.
