Compliments, complaints and feedback


Here at Norwich & Central Norfolk Mind we understand that if we want to create and deliver the best services possible we need support, feedback and ideas from the people who use them. This page will help you share your thoughts with us and outline how you can get involved. We aim to respond to all feedback within 2 working days.
 

Compliments:

Hearing about what’s working is always good, the team works hard and it’s good to know we are making a difference. In addition to this your compliments help us identify best practice and what we need to do more of. To share your positive experiences with us click here.
 

Complaints:

We take complaints and constructive feedback seriously and our primary concern is to make sure you are OK. We also see complaints as essential in developing better services for the people we support. In order to deal with your feedback effectively we ask if you could be as specific as you feel you can be and to share your contact details so we can work with you to rectify the situation.
