We would like to give a massive thank you to every single person who has raised money for us this year. Your money will make a big difference helping us to make sure nobody faces a mental health problem alone.
Come to our Moving Pictures Celebration at the Norwich Forum on Tuesday 5th December 10am-4pm to celebrate the success of the project.
We believe that no-one should have to face a mental health problem alone – and blogs, real stories from real people, can play a part in achieving this.
Reading a blog by someone going through a familiar experience can have a big impact. And reading or watching a piece about an experience we didn’t know about can open up our eyes, give us a unique insight and help us learn.
We want to hear from you and would love for people to be involved in what we do. We are running focus groups and you are warmly invited to join! The aim of these informal groups is to develop new ideas, strengthen existing ones and foster a sense of pride in supporting Norwich and Central Norfolk Mind. Check out the following focus groups we have coming up.
