LifeHelp is the term we use to describe our approach to supporting people using a variety of aspects of our programmes. It is the umbrella for all our services and programmes and we encourage people to mix and match a range of support they would find beneficial. We try hard to be responsive to helping people think through what support they feel they may need to recover from mental health problems and to build resilience to stay well. That is why we call this LifeHelp – it may be that people wish to have some counselling and/or become an Associate and access our community programme of support – it may be that people need a range of support to stay living well in the community or to come out of hospital – whatever it is that people feel they need to live well, we want to be there to help.
